Typical usage:

Terminal window
pnpm --filter @kitsy/coop-mcp build
coop-mcp --repo C:/path/to/repo

Use it when an editor, IDE, or agent runtime needs structured access to the COOP workspace without shelling directly into the CLI for every operation.
