Roadmap and v3 Direction
COOP v3 is expected to preserve the v2 task-first operator model while reconciling several areas more explicitly:
- richer records and execution truth
- identity and action modeling
- lifecycle and transition audit integration
- naming and short-id carry-forward
- task metadata that may move into records or release-native structures
Areas already identified for deliberate carry-forward rather than blind copying:
coop use,current,deps, filtered lists, and other daily DX surfaces- structured naming templates and custom naming tokens
- short IDs and friendly entity resolution
- workflow transition policy and recovery-state behavior
- task metadata such as comments, time logs, version labels, and track-scoped priority
The current public contract is v2. Treat v3 as an intentional reconciliation step, not a direct merge of every v2 implementation detail.
